Project Journey & Solutions
– FEA simulation of the platform structure for analyzing the equivalent stress, max. deflection and safety factor distribution.
– Appropriate reinforcements were suggested at locations that are below the desired safety factor value in the platform structure.
– Modal analysis was performed to retrieve the natural frequencies and mode shape results at different modes.
– Buckling analysis of various leg structure designs was performed to determine the critical buckling load of each leg structure and conclude the optimal leg structure design.
